A continuation of my recent pickle obsession, I wanted to share one of my newest discoveries - happy girl kitchen co. (if you haven't heard of them already). They make amazing certified organic pickles and preserves -- everything from classic dills to pickled beets and fruit jams. If you're here in San Francisco, visit their booth at the Ferry Building Farmer's Market. Or you can checkout their online market.
