Planting fresh herbs had been on my list of projects for a really long time...So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered this herb garden in my backyard (an early birthday present and a really sweet surprise)! Includes: African basil, sage, rosemary, oregano, Italian parsley and traditional basil.
An advantage of the live plants, rather than buying cut bunches is that you always have the freshest herbs possible. But, on top of this, it's also a great money saver & friendly to the environment -- reducing waste (you only cut off what you intend to use). And there's always plenty to go around -- which means gifts for friends!
